ii. Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Service according to your individual interests.

Like most online services, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide and personalize the Service, analyze use, target advertisements, and prevent fraud. Upon you downloading the App, we provide location-based technologies to determine your approximate and/or exact location information. In addition to traditional GPS location-based services, we or some of our partners and others we work with may utilize low-power Bluetooth, wifi, radio transmitters, or other devices in physical locations, which emit a signal that the App can detect to pinpoint your location or otherwise interact with the App. Because such precise location-based technologies are more precise than GPS, we can improve the Service and App such as to send you more specific and relevant messages and offers. In addition, you may be able to send your location information via the Service to other Service users. You should consider the pros and cons involved in disclosing your location information to us and to others. Where a user of the Service requests that their location information be revealed to other persons, the user will be provided options for managing sharing services, which may be through third-party services such as through social media networks. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or policies of such third parties.
Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Service are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Service. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. i. Create accounts and allow you to access our App and use our Service;
ii. Operate the Service;
iii. Provide and deliver products and services you request;
iv. Send you Service-related communications;
i. Update and develop user profiles;
ii. Develop and improve the Service and similar our services, and player experience;
iii. Enable you to use the augmented reality features of the Service allowing you to interact in shared worlds that blend with the real world;
iv. Manage our relationship with you;
v. Provide social features as part of the Service;
vi. Customize your Service experience, including a gameplay experience tied to your real-world location;
vii. Respond to your comments and questions and provide player support;
viii. Provide you our offers in the Service as well as in other websites and services, and by e-mail;
ix. Send you related information, such as updates, security alerts, and support messages;
x. Enable you to communicate with other players;
xi. Enable and verify certain actions;
i. Analyze the performance of the advertisements displayed in the Service;
ii. Track the content you access in connection with the Service and your online behavior;
iii. Deliver, target and improve our advertising and the Service;
iv. Identify you when you are interacting with the Service on multiple devices so that we can facilitate your use of the Service and manage and analyze the performance of advertisements displayed to you.

i. Analyze and monitor use of the Service and its social features;
ii. Moderate chats either automatically or manually;
iii. Take action against fraudulent or misbehaving players;

In all of the above cases and purposes, we may analyze, profile and segment all collected information. Furthermore, with your consent, we may process your information for additional purposes.
i. Other users. Social features are a core component of our App. Other users may, for example, see your profile information, in-game activities, leaderboard position and read the messages you have posted.
ii. Other companies and public authorities. In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests. We may also disclose your information based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.
iii. Advertising and Social Media partners. The Service includes features, such as social media interaction tools and in-game advertising, provided by our below listed partners who operate under their own privacy policies as information controllers. These partners can use advertising identifiers, cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies (including location tracking in location-based App) to collect or receive information about you. Our statements under this Privacy Policy do not apply to the features, technologies or practices of such third parties, as we may not control those features and are not responsible for them. We encourage you to check their privacy policies to learn more about their information processing practices.
i. To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.
ii. To enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
iii. If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
i. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
ii. You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as marketing e-mails from us by following the instructions in such communications.

If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt out by checking the privacy settings of your iOS or Android device and selecting “limit ad tracking” (Apple iOS) or “opt-out of interest based ads” (Android). ii. For personalized in-game advertising you will be asked for consent before watching the first ad. If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time using the options provided in the game settings. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. iii. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.
You can view, access, edit, or delete your information for certain aspects of the Service via your Settings page. You can view, access, edit, or delete your personal information by logging into the Service and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at [[email protected]] to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to edit information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. These include the right to (i) request access and obtain a copy of your personal data; (ii) request rectification or erasure; (iii) object to or restrict the processing of your personal data; and (iv) request portability of your personal data. The right to erasure does not apply to the extent that processing is necessary:

ii. for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

We care about the security of your information and implement measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Also, we urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Service like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Service.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. In the event of service termination, we will retain your personal information only for a limited period necessary to process refunds, handle customer support inquiries, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Specifically, we will retain your account information and related personal data for up to thirty (30) days following the official service termination date. After this period, all personal information will be permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
